Overview

Cinewo ("we", "us") builds a text-to-video production pipeline: script generation, scene planning, voice synthesis, and rendering. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the platform, why, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

• Account details you provide at signup: name, email, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
• Content you submit to the pipeline: prompts, topics, scripts, and any media you upload for voice or render jobs.
• Usage data: render minutes consumed, plan tier, and activity logs (e.g. login, profile updates, render starts) used to operate your account and enforce plan limits.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use your data to run the pipeline you request (script → scenes → voice → render), maintain your project history, meter usage against your plan's render-minute quota, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data.

Third-party processing

Generation stages call third-party AI providers (for script, voice, and video rendering) to produce your content. Prompts and scene text are sent to whichever provider is configured for that stage, solely to fulfill your request — not for their own model training beyond what their own terms disclose.

Data retention

Projects and render history are retained until you delete them or close your account. Activity logs are kept for a bounded period for security auditing and are periodically pruned.

Your rights

You can edit your name, email, password, and photo at any time from your Profile page, export your project data on request, or delete your account by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated projects.
