Agreement
By creating a Cinewo account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you're using Cinewo on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to them.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.
Plans and render minutes
Free trial accounts include a limited render-minute quota over a fixed trial period. Paid plans include a monthly render-minute allowance as described on the Pricing page. Unused minutes on paid plans roll over for 60 days; they don't carry over indefinitely and have no cash value.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of the prompts, scripts, and media you submit, and of the videos Cinewo renders for you, subject to the license terms of your plan. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload, and for how you use generated output.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Cinewo to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Don't attempt to circumvent render-minute limits, rate limits, or account restrictions.
- Don't use the service to build a competing product by systematically extracting its output or pipeline.
Third-party generation providers
Script, voice, and render stages are fulfilled using third-party AI providers. Their availability, quality, and occasional errors are outside our direct control; we fall back between providers where possible to keep the pipeline live.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
Disclaimer
Cinewo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
